Our Story towards more Responsible Business
In autumn 2022, founders met for the first time when they started their studies in responsible business at Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMK). Their interest in the themes of sustainable development and responsible business united them right from the first days.
In autumn 2023, a trip to Brussels to the European Parliament offered an opportunity to network and gain more inspiration. A strong bond arose between them, based on shared values and goals. In Brussels, they met with leading experts and decision-makers who emphasized the importance of responsibility in today’s business. During the trip, they made sure that the need for concrete solutions and a new network serving SMEs was not only feasible, but also a necessary and current idea.
In May 2024, Havu Solutions was launched. The name reflects their common vision:
the coniferous tree symbolizes durability, tenacity and continuity,
values they wanted to bring to the corporate world. Solutions stems from the goal of creating solutions, in the form that works best for the company. Havu Solutions’ mission is to create opportunities for sustainable development for all companies, regardless of their size or industry.
Havu Solutions offers its customers versatile services, which include responsibility consulting, training and strategic advice. Responsibility is the key to success, and we want to help their customers strengthen this aspect of their operations. Our goal is to make responsibility a competitive advantage and at the same time promote broader social and environmental well-being.

With a diverse background in healthcare and marketing, Heidi offers a unique perspective on sustainable business practices. She has a master’s degree in sustainable business management and years of experience in digital marketing strategy and implementation. She specializes in data-driven customer-focused communication.
In her free time, Heidi relaxes with nature, swimming, the gym and books.
